What my Fee gives you!
It's your choice of Wedding Ceremony, you can either choose from my samples or crafted for you by me.
Every couple is unique. I do understand that every wedding requires different needs.
Each couple will receive a specially prepared booklet of your unique Ceremony as a gift from me.
What my Fee includes!
- No obligation first consultation (free)
- Creating to you individual needs.
- Various meetings to determine your requirements and preferences, discuss legalities, complete paperwork and plan you special event;
- Attending and officiating professionally at your wedding;
- Preparing all the legal documents prior, during and after the wedding;
- An undertaking of the lodgements of papers for registration;
- Rehearsal, including, practising together your wedding vows if required;
- The use of my ceremonial equipment (you can see these on this web site under “Ceremonial Equipment”);
- My booklet “Your Choices” This booklet is informative.
This booklet contains various types of ceremonies
i.e. Handfasting, Wine Ceremony, Ring Warming,
Rose Ceremony, Beach Ceremony, Hand Washing
and a lot more.
It also contains a section on “How to write your own Vows”
Hand written poetry by me, Your Celebrant Ursula Lhotka.
- Use of my portable wireless PA system, which is capable of playing CD’s during your Ceremony;
- Presenting you with professionally prepared Certificate of Marriage, beautifully presented;
- All legal paperwork prepared and lodged by me in a professional and timely manner;
- Unlimited consultations with me either personally or by phone, or email;
- Refund Policy- A deposit of $150 confirms your booking, covers all paperwork and registration, and in non refundable. The remainder is due one month prior to your wedding. (full information is disclosed on the official receipt);
- My low Cost fee for my services are fully agreed upon at the time of booking;
- I am required by law to inform you of the following information -Marriage is a serious commitment and you and your partner may like to attend a pre-marriage relationship education .I am required by law to hand to you "A Pamphlet “Happily Ever…Before and After..”Outlining important information for people planning to marry.
- Complaints Resolution -Couples should be aware should you wish to complain about the service that you have been supplied. You are able to contact the Attorney General’s Department. ACT
- Couples should be aware of the Copyright Law –regarding music and poems, film, video. You need to be fully aware of the copy right law Under the Copy Right Act 1968 and Copyright Regulations1969. Music is only exempt from copyright during the ceremony only. Any music played before and after the ceremony requires the licensed originals only to be played. This law is to protect Performers rights. You are able to use copied disc. However you must be in the possession of the original licensed disc when playing the music.
